Waste paper management is the process of recovering waste paper and then using it the remake other paper products. There are three categories of paper that may be used as feedstock’s for making recycled paper these include: mill broke, pre consumer waste and post consumer waste. Mill broke is paper trimming and any other paper scrap from the paper manufacturers and it is then all recycled in the paper mill. Pre consumer waste is material that is not used before it is ready for the customer to use. Post consumer waste included thing that have already been used and is old paper, for example, old magazines, old newspaper, office waste, old telephone directories, this is normally consider to be scrap paper.
